| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule DELIVERY We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 working days. Standard Delivery - UK Goods are sent by carrier. Orders received by 10am are normally despatched that day (if it is in stock) for delivery the next working day. Orders for large, heavy and fragile items, please allow extra time for delivery. For delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Republic of Ireland ,Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles please allow 2 to 5days |

The warranty applies to UK mainland only. Our warranty does not apply to wear and tear, or if a product has been damaged or misused. Machines returned for repair in warranty where it is found the machine has been abused or has not been used as the machine was designed for will be charged for. You must telephone our Authorisation Dept. (0845 271 2500) to be issued with an authorisation number before returning goods. Unwanted goods for credit will only be accepted within 10 days of invoice and must be in perfect condition unused and in original packaging, After 10 days a 30% restocking charge will apply. No goods are accepted for return after 30 days. Full purchase detail i.e. our order/invoice number, must be included on all returns. All goods returned at senders expense. No special items (non stock lines) will be accepted back for credit. Credit Terms Strictly net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Moorside Catering Ltd may charge interest at 8% above the base rate on any amount not received by the due date. The title of the goods remain with Moorside Catering Ltd until the goods are paid for in full.
